Reconfigured Day Cabs
Welcome to the industry�s first and only factory engineered, reconfigured
day cab tractors. Freightliner starts with a top quality Century 120 sleeper
cab tractor. These tractors have spent the majority of their life in the top
two gears, as highway tractors. Basic components have received minimal use
and wear, while being meticulously maintained. Each unit selected for the
program is rigorously tested, and only after passing the highest of
standards, is then entered into the reconfiguring and refurbishing process.
This all takes place in a state of the art facility in Tooele, Utah. This
factory is dedicated solely to this process, a process which is guided by
Freightliner factory engineers. Chassis and drive trains are steam cleaned,
and all sub-standard parts are replaced or repaired. After removal of the
sleeper section of the cab, a new cab structure is formed using all factory
original parts and OEM manufacturing processes. A new interior is installed.
The frame is shortened to customer specifications. Then the cab, hood and
frame are freshly painted in your choice of factory colors. A variety of
options can be added as well, such as new tires, new exhaust, chrome trim,
new aluminum wheels, new fifth wheel, and much, much more. Add to this an
untouchable factory warranty of up to two years, two hundred thousand miles.
All for roughly half the expense of a brand new day cab tractor. |
